Payments
This website processes payments securely using Paypal. Once you have added your items to your shopping basket, you can go to the checkout screen. All payments made will be done so through Paypal’s Secure payment area.
PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay or get paid quickly and easily without sharing
any of your financial information. Paypal remember’s and safeguard’s your bank, credit or debit card details, so you don’t have to. You can use PayPal to pay for items on eBay or any of the thousands of online retailers that accept PayPal.
YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Delivery Once payment has been received your goods will be listed on our ordering system.
1. All orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day via first class Royal Mail.
2. Next day delivery will be treated the same as above but should you place your order on a Friday/Saturday your delivery day will be the following Monday. PLEASE NOTE NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS UK ONLY
3. Europe & international orders will be processed the same as item 1 above
4. All Cake toppers are secured to a backing card inside a hygiene sealed grip lock bag then placed inside a bubble wrap envelope for delivery,
There will be polite notes to the courier on the packaging to ask not to bend the parcel this method of packing we have found over the years seems to be the very best way to ensure you cake topper arrives in the condition it was dispatched in.
Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns if you do not require the item, once the cake toppers are personalised they are of no good to anyone other than you, if you wish to cancel your order you may do so before 2pm on the day of order received after this time all sales will be final.
Refunds/Returns Item 2
If for some unforeseen reason the cake topper arrives with incorrect text, wrong size or any error on partycakes4u part we will send out a replacement, please contact us on the day of receipt.
Damaged in transit again we will send out a replacement but you must send back the original topper so we may contact the couriers to reclaim our costs.
